UNITED STATES SHIPPING:

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and an email containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.

WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT DELIVERY TO P.O. 

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 6pm EST will not ship until Monday.

All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 11am EST. Orders placed after 11am EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will be shipped by the next business day.

CANCELLATIONS:

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN THE ORDER MUST BE COMMUNICATED WITHIN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. CHANGES IN ORDERS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY EMAIL: INFO@ENIWEARBOUTIQUE.COM

RETURNS POLICY:

Eniwear Boutique has a NO Refunds NO Returns policy. ALL Sales are final.

No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issues. Please be confident in the item.

EXCHANGE POLICY (IF APPLICABLE):

Eniwear Boutique understands that online shopping is not the easiest thing to do when it comes down to sizes, so we are more than welcomed to accept EXCHANGES ONLY.  Items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, and unworn.  (Must be the same item you ordered the tag should still be on your item) 

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned/exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, bodysuits, bralettes, stockings, hats, and accessories.

We will be happy to accept exchanges for wrong items that may have been sent to you, or for products that are defective or damaged. If the product was defective or damaged, we must receive a picture/video to info@eniwearboutique.com If you need to make an exchange, please email us at info@eniwearboutique.com

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to get back to you.

  • Eniwear Boutique has the right to refuse to exchange any clothing that includes signs of smell such as smoke or perfume.
  • Eniwear Boutique will not be held responsible for shipping fees generated as a result of an item being exchanged.

We are not responsible for lost/or stolen packages. All claims will need to be made directly through USPS.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING HAS BEEN ISSUED. FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE AND REQUEST A TRACE ON YOUR PACKAGE. IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGED HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN.  ENIWEAR BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER SUCH AS A NATURAL CATASTROPHIC EVENTS.
